Please read this thoroughly before preparing your submission
General Information
1. All presenters must register for the conference via registration link: https://forms.gle/nXs9BZiDMKPeTq7V6
2. One Presenter can submit only one abstract.
3. Abstract must be prepared using IICC-2026 template. Abstracts that do not comply with the prescribed template will not be considered for review.

4. Abstract must be submitted through Abstract Submission Form and formatted Abstract must be emailed at iicc@neduet.edu.pk.
5. Abstract may be submitted for oral/poster presentation. Please note that abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
6. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the abstract book and be available on IICC-2026 website for downloads.
7. Accepted abstracts are also invited to submit full papers, although abstract acceptance does not guarantee a full paper acceptance.
Abstract Review Process
1. All submitted abstracts must adhere to research ethics, academic integrity, and accepted scholarly standards.
2. Abstracts must be original, relevant to the conference theme, and present novel research findings, ideas, technologies, or applications. They must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
3. All submitted abstracts will undergo a single-blind peer-review process by members of the Abstract Review Committee.
4. Abstracts will be evaluated based on originality, scientific/technical quality, relevance to IICC 2026, clarity, and significance of the work.
5. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentation.
6. Notification of acceptance and presentation type will be communicated by 16 October 2026.
IICC-2026 Oral Presentation Guidelines
1. Oral presentation notification will be displayed on website soon.
2. Participant must confirm their invitation for oral or poster presentation till 9th October 2026.
3. Each oral presentation will be alloted 15 minutes slot. You are requested to prepare oral presentation of 12 minutes and 3 min for questions answers.

1. Participant must submit the poster till 9th October 2026.
2. Posters must be prepared according to poster instructions and given conference template. Posters will not be considered if do not comply with conference template.
